HOW DO YOU CARE FOR CULTURED MARBLE, CULTURED ONYX AND CULTURED GRANITE? Cultured Marble, Cultured Onyx and Cultured Granite provide extremely durable, nonporous surfaces which resist staining. Care is very simple. Routine cleaning with a soft sponge or cloth and a nonabrasive liquid cleaner, is all that is normally needed to give many years of trouble-free service. Harsh abrasive cleaners are neither required nor recommended. Products that work well on tub/shower walls, shower bases and vanity tops on are Scrub Free Soap Scum Remover® and  Tilex Soap Scum Remover®.   Periodic treatment on caulk seams to prevent mold and mildew growth using products such as Scrub-Free Mildew Stain Remover® or Tilex Mold & Mildew Remover® is also recommended. To maintain luster and make cleaning easier, periodic applications of paste wax or products like "Gel Gloss® " may be applied.   Mild abrasives such as automotive polishing compound or baking soda, will remove simple scratches and stains. lf re-caulking at the seams is required,  use a good quality, 100% silicon caulk and smooth out with rubbing alcohol.
